The "Isobel” a perfect piece of Scotland you can own! A blend of the traditional and contemporary, designed with the utmost comfort in mind!

Our perfectly formed “Isobel” Chesterfield Sofa made of the finest Harris Tweed’s, moon wools and complementary fabric’s, colourfully coordinated and totally unique, no one sofa is ever made with entirely the same design. The “Isobel” features include a tufted back, rolled arms, buttoned sprung base, antique stud detailing and medium oak turned solid wooden feet. A Sofa at home as much in a Scottish castle as a modern home, cottage, or farmhouse. This sofa is currently in our Durham Showroom if you would like to view it prior to purchase. (Please note that the unique style of this sofa means the images shown are for illustration purposes only and the actual item you receive will differ in colour)

How is it made?

The sofa is a mixture of the finest quality Harris Tweed, Moon Wools, and individually selected coordinating fabrics. Harris Tweed which makes up a high percentage of the fabric on this sofa is Handwoven with 100% pure new wool in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. By law, no part of the process takes place elsewhere! The wool is dyed and spun in each weaver home there are no factories invloved making each piece unique and individual! The durable sofa frame is constructed of solid wood, the sofa base is made up of Individual coil springs for extra comfort and Seat cushions have a foam filling overlaid with natural fibres.

Currently, you are unable to choose your own selection of patchwork designs or colours.

Delivery & Collection?

Mainland UK Delivery is available from £90.00 (Excludes Highlands & Ireland) (We offer Local delivery from £49 which includes 25 miles DH6) You are also welcome to collect in person or use your courier for collection.

Order time frames?

If the item is showing as in stock we can usually arrange delivery within 2-4 weeks. If we are awaiting stock then allow 8-12 Weeks for delivery this item is in constant manufacture (This time scale is estimated and may be subject to change)

Please note that the maximum delivery charge per order is £125, regardless of the number of items purchased. This means you can order multiple pieces from our collection and never pay more than £125 for delivery.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@vintagesofawarehouse.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
